PASCO COUNTY, FL – Two women from Zephyrhills were killed after a single-vehicle accident in Pasco County early Saturday morning.
A 25-year-old driver was headed south on Crystal Springs Road just past Douglas Road around 2 a.m. Saturday, reports the Tampa Bay Times.
She lost control of the vehicle and swerved into the east shoulder of the roadway before crashing into a tree.
The driver and her 27-year-old passenger were pronounced dead at the scene. Their identities have not yet been released.
The crash remains under investigation.
