OCALA, FL – The Florida Highway Patrol released details of a fatal single-vehicle crash that occurred in Marion County on Sunday evening.
According to a WKMG report, the accident took place in Ocala, in the vicinity of NE Jacksonville Road and NE 53rd Street
The FHP’s investigation determined that a driver went off the roadway shortly before 7 p.m. and collided with a fence and a trailer that was parked on private property.
The motorist, whose identity was not immediately released, suffered fatal injuries. There were no reports of anyone else injured.
