LAKE BUTLER, FL – A woman was killed and a man was rushed to the hospital following a head-on crash in the Lake Butler area last Friday.
According to WCJB, the driver of a pickup truck heading south on SR-121 crossed the center line near NE 188th Court for unknown reasons and crashed head-on into a sedan.
The sedan’s driver, a 22-year-old woman from Starke, suffered fatal injuries in the crash. The driver of the pickup was sent to the hospital with unknown injuries.
