MIAMI, FL – A pedestrian was sent to the hospital after an SUV slammed into a construction site in North Miami on Tuesday afternoon.
According to a report by Local 10, the incident occurred some time after noon near the intersection of Northwest First Avenue and 11th Terrace, which is just south of I-310.
An unidentified male pedestrian was taken to an area hospital with a possible leg injury.
It is unclear what caused the SUV to crash into the construction site. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
