News: Port Richey man killed after two-car collision in Pasco Co.

PASCO COUNTY, FL – An 86-year-old man died following a two-vehicle collision in New Port Richey Monday afternoon.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, the fatal collision happened around noon on Ridge Road just east of Regency Park Boulevard.

The man was exiting a private driveway onto Ridge Road when an eastbound driver in a sedan struck the side of his vehicle.

He was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

The 38-year-old New Port Richey woman who was driving the sedan suffered minor injuries. The identities of both drivers have not yet been released.
