OCALA, FL – Police and first responders were at the scene of a rollover accident in Ocala on Tuesday morning.

According to a Facebook post by Ocala Fire Rescue, Engine 4, Rescue 4, Squad 7, Battalion Chief 11, and a Safety Officer were dispatched to the scene at the 3900 block of W Silver Springs Boulevard shortly before 7 a.m.

They arrived to find a pickup truck on its roof, a sedan with moderate front-end damage, and the two drivers outside their vehicles.  The driver of the sedan was transported to a hospital for evaluation.  No one else was in the vehicles, and no other injuries were reported.

OCALA, FL – Rescue crews were at the scene of a multi-vehicle accident in Ocala on Monday morning.

In a Facebook post, Ocala Fire Rescue said Engine 1, Rescue 1, Tower 1, Battalion Chief 11, and a Safety Officer were dispatched to the crash at N Pine Avenue and NW 10th Street at about 8:52 a.m.

The first responders found that a red pickup truck, a black sedan, a silver sedan, and a green sedan were all involved in the wreck, with the green sedan rolling over.  All of the occupants were able to get out of their vehicles and there were no significant injuries, rescue officials said.

OCALA, FL – Rescue crews were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle collision in Ocala on Sunday afternoon.

Ocala Fire Rescue said Engine 5, Rescue 5, Tower 1, Battalion Chief 22, and a Safety Officer responded to the 2400 block of Northeast 49th Terrace shortly before 3 p.m.

Crews found a Nissan minivan and a Ford pickup truck with heavy front-end damage that were facing westbound on State Road 40.  Rescuers had to pry open the door of the minivan to extricate the driver.

OCALA, FL – Ocala Fire Rescue reported it was at the scene of a collision involving at least five vehicles on Interstate 75 in Marion County Thursday evening.

A Facebook post by the rescue unit said Ocala Fire Rescue’s Engine 4, Rescue 1, Battalion Chief 11, and a safety officer were dispatched to I-75 north at about 7:17 p.m.

They found five damaged vehicles parked along the side of the interstate near the off-ramp for Exit 350. Two people from one of the vehicles were taken to an area hospital for evaluation.  No other injuries were reported.  No further details were available on the cause of the collision.

OCALA, FL – Ocala Fire Rescue reports a driver was hospitalized following a rollover accident in Ocala on Monday afternoon.

First responders were dispatched to the intersection of SW College Road and SW 27th Avenue after the incident happened shortly after 3:30 p.m.

They found a red SUV on its roof blocking the southbound lanes of SW 27th Avenue, and a sedan parked at a nearby establishment.
